Sacred Valley Full Day

The Sacred Valley was one of the main areas where the Incas settled. In this high-altitude region of the Andes, there is an unusual abundance of fertile plains. You will also be able to observe the vast terraces and irrigation channels left by the Incas.

You will see amazing stone artworks and impressive agricultural terraces. After exploring, we will return to the lower town of Pisac to stop at a bustling craft market. Afterward, spend some time walking through the market looking for bargains. Then, we will visit Chinchero, where we will meet the locals working in textile production and learn about the ancient textile traditions of the Incas.

For lunch, we will head to Urubamba, where native and traditional food awaits you. After lunch, we will drive along the Urubamba River to the town of Ollantaytambo. Once we arrive in Ollantaytambo, we will visit the ruins, an important Inca construction area built during the peak of the Inca Empire. This is an extraordinary Inca site because you can find rock formations that represent the Inca god, Wiracocha.
